Keita Wangari

For over 25 years, Keita Wangari has supported and promoted the usability of enterprise system deployments in various capacities. As a Sr. User Experience Researcher in Google Cloud, she’s primarily focused on understanding core needs and workflows for policy/setting management for G Suite Apps. Prior to Google, Wangari spent eight years at Esri as a Salesforce Administrator on a small ops team supporting the rollout, maintenance and usability of a 600+ Salesforce deployment. During that time, she obtained her master’s degree in human-computer interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology, where she published a short paper on use cases for a multimodal math search interface. Wangari is passionate about using research to influence strategy and advocate for better enterprise experiences.
