Katie Curran

Katie Curran, an Information Security Engineer on the Security Operations team at Blackline is responsible for architecting and implementing the logging and monitoring solution for the company, conducting educational phishing campaigns to help build better defense at the user level, and collaborating with all business units to help design and improve the environment's security posture. On the side, Katie is a teacher's assistant at UCLA helping students learn about cybersecurity in an interactive lab classroom environment. In 2018, Katie spoke at multiple events to educate women on careers in information security as well as best internet defense techniques for women with her director. Katie's has industry experience in SAAS financial software, law and consulting for many other industries.
