Katie Boudreau

Katie Boudreau is the Director of Cyber Talent at Mastercard. In this role, she leads a program responsible for transforming the way Mastercard recruits, educates, upskills, and retains cybersecurity talent. Katie joined Mastercard in 2014 and has held previous roles managing projects and programs in software development and cloud security, as well as an Information Security architect. She currently serves as a Founding Board Member and Secretary of the St. Louis Metropolitan affiliate of Women in Cybersecurity. Katie is also a local Co-Lead for Girls4Tech, a program that inspires girls to build technology skills.
