Kathryn Waldron is a Fellow for the R Street Institute, where she focuses on issues relating to national security and cybersecurity. Before joining R Street, she was a Graduate Research Fellow at George Mason University’s Mercatus Center, where she worked with their regulatory studies team. She also works with Marginal Revolution University, a project dedicated to building the world’s largest online library of free economics education videos. Earlier in her career, Waldron worked for Walmart as a Health and Wellness Coordinator. She also served as a Research Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo. Waldron earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from Wheaton College and her master’s degree in economics from George Mason University.
