Katherine Haar

Katherine (Kiki) Haar is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Informatica, the world’s number one independent provider of data integration software. Prior to becoming General Counsel, Haar was Deputy General Counsel, and was the primary attorney responsible Informatica’s $5.3 billion leveraged buyout by Permira Funds and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Prior to Informatica, Haar was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where she specialized in public and private offerings, public company representation, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout her career, Haar has represented a wide range of industries, including enterprise software, telecommunications, entertainment and clean technology, and investment banking firms.
