Kapil Raina is VP of Marketing at Preempt Security. Raina is a cybersecurity marketing executive of 20+ years, has built and led product, marketing and strategy teams at startups and large brands such as VeriSign, VMware and Zscaler. Raina serves as a Chief Marketing Officer to accelerate security companies’ leads and revenue through product marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and analyst/press relations. Raina is the Founder and Chair of the AI Security Alliance, the only global, cross-industry organization guiding in the security of the development and use of AI. He is a recognized speaker and author of books on topics such as PKI, mobile commerce, biometrics and other security topics. Raina holds a BS from the Univ. of Michigan (Ann Arbor) in computer engineering.
