Kanika Saraiya Havelia

Kanika is a senior executive with over 17 years of cybersecurity, risk management and business process modernization. At KPMG, manages the business development and P&L of one of the firm’s top five strategic portfolios nationally. Through her TED talk on human-centric AI, she shapes responsible innovation practices. She's earned numerous accolades for her contribution including ‘Award of Distinction 2023’ the highest award at KPMG and ‘Outstanding Mother’s Award 2024’ – the prestigious award given since 1979 recognizing women executives for leadership impact. She serves on the AI leadership Committee of the Technology Association of Oregon. She is an active board member of the American Lung Association and ASCEND, the largest AAPI professional network worldwide.
