Super Hero, Identity Woman
Kaliya Young the “Identity Woman” holds a master of science in identity management and security from the University of Texas at Austin School of Information. She has for the last 15 years led the field co-convening the Internet Identity Workshop. She currently works with governments, startups, and organizations working on the development of decentralized identity technology. She was a 2019 New America India-US Public Interest Technology Fellow and wrote about Aadhaar the Indian national digital identity system. She is on the faculty of Merritt College. She is the author of the Domains of Identity and a co-author of Comprehensive Guide to Self Sovereign Identity.
