With over 11 years of experience in the travel industry at Arrivia and more than nine years dedicated to fighting fraud, Justin Skagen is on a mission to outsmart fraudsters and safeguard Arrivia. As a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Fraud Examiners and Certified Payments and Fraud Prevention Professional through the Merchant Risk Council, Justin leads global efforts in compliance and internal fraud prevention, collaborating closely with multiple departments including the cybersecurity teams to combat internal and external threats. When he is not tackling fraud, he’s fueling his passion for fitness as an online transformation coach, inspiring others to live their best lives.
