Graduated from The Ohio State University in 1988. Retired in 2005 as a Major from the US Army with assignments as an Infantry Soldier, a Communications-Electronics Officer, and a Systems Automation Officer. Joined Cisco Systems in 2002 as a Project Manager for the Information Security Department. Helping build Cisco’s Corporate PKI team from 2 part time people to leading a team of 12 dedicated PKI professionals. Cisco’s PKI assets consist of a 2 high security dedicated data centers, a publicly trusted Root CA, a multitude of private CA infrastructures, and digital signing solutions. To support Cisco's PKI needs the team delivers 24x7 global operations, architecture, development, and compliance functions.
