John Manchester manages the cybersecurity program for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHBSPH). In this role he focuses on advancing the maturity of the institutional cybersecurity program in alignment with ISACA’s CMMI Cybermaturity Platform (CMMI-CP). He also serves as a Data Security Consultant to the institutional review board providing guidance regarding data governance, risk, privacy, and security. Manchester has over 25 years of industry experience having previously managed enterprise systems for JHBSPH and Montgomery County Public Schools (Maryland).
