John Johnson

Dr. John D. Johnson is a cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of experience. He is the founder/CEO of Aligned Security, providing executive cybersecurity advisory services. He also founded the nonprofit Docent Institute, which promotes cybersecurity education and outreach to underserved communities. John has experience across all sectors, starting at Los Alamos National Laboratory and subsequently as a security leader at large and small enterprises, including John Deere, Deloitte, and Campbell Soup Company. He has developed and taught numerous university cybersecurity courses online and in person. Dr. Johnson serves on the ISSA International Board of Directors, is an active leader within ISC2, InfraGard, and IEEE. John serves on several nonprofit and corporate boards.
