John Holowczak

John began his cyber security career in Carbon Black's Security Operations Center (SOC), focusing on defense. With his domain knowledge, John moved onto Carbon Black's Threat Analysis Unit to focus on automation of threat detection and building out infrastructure for large scale malware analysis. Within the field of threat detection and analysis, John focuses on binary classification, dynamic analysis and Threat Hunting. He maintains an interest in tool development, both for CarbonBlack's SOC and for threat research.
