Joe Hladik is a cybersecurity leader with over two decades of experience in threat intelligence, incident response, and security architecture. As the Head of Zero Labs at Rubrik, he spearheads research into emerging threats, delivering actionable intelligence to help organizations strengthen their cyber resilience. He has held leadership roles at organizations such as Mandiant, Sony, and has worked with the US Dept. of Defense on a number of projects involving next-generation cyber capabilities. His work in threat hunting, behavioral analytics, and security automation has contributed to the evolution of modern defense strategies.
