Jinan Budge
VP, Research Director, International Security and Risk Research, Forrester
Jinan Budge advises CISOs and technology executives on building high-performing security organizations and embedding security culture. She founded Forrester's human-centered security research and is a global authority on human risk management. As VP and research director, she leads Forrester's Security & Risk research across EMEA and APAC, overseeing analysts in six countries covering risk management, Zero Trust, security services, leadership, culture, talent, resilience, privacy, trust, and AI governance. With 25 years of cybersecurity experience, Jinan previously led cyber strategy transformations at Transport for NSW and Qantas Airways. She holds bachelor's degrees in science and commerce from the Australian National University.
