Jigar Kadakia

Jigar Kadakia is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk, Chief Information Security Officer, and Corporate Compliance Officer at GeneDx. He leads enterprise risk, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and resilience programs that protect genomic and health information while supporting responsible growth. A strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, Jigar aligns risk oversight with business priorities, strengthens governance, and builds trusted, accountable operating practices. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and ISC2. Jigar holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University, bringing analytical rigor to complex regulatory, technology, and operational risks.
