Jibran Ilyas

Jibran Ilyas is a Consulting Leader at Mandiant (now part of Google Cloud). He has investigated some of the world's largest breaches in the financial, health, technology, and defense sectors. This included working closely with law enforcement agencies to track and ultimately arrest major threat actor groups. As a thought leader, Jibran presented on the topics of computer forensics and cybercrime at several global security conferences including DEFCON, Black Hat, RSA Conference, Thotcon, Cyber Secure Pakistan, and SOURCE Barcelona. He is currently an adjunct professor at Northwestern University for their Digital Forensics and Incident Response course, for which he also developed the curriculum. In 2017, Jibran was honored as Crain's 40 under 40 for his contributions to cybersecurity.
