Jessica Walton

Jessica Walton is the US Regional Officer for the CyberPeace Institute and Co-Chair of the Cyber Resilience Corps, a coalition of cyber volunteer groups across the United States. A US Navy veteran, she brings 12+ years of experience translating complex cyber, technical, and policy issues into clear, actionable strategies across cybersecurity, human rights, and global digital policy. She has led initiatives in open-source investigation (OSINT), cyber threat analysis, and digital capacity building for vulnerable communities, with a focus on the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She engages with governments, civil society, and international partners to advance responsible tech, cyber resilience, and community protection. She holds an MA in International Affairs from American University.
