Jeremy Strozer is the Cyber Intelligence Program Manager for SEI's Cyber Innovation Center where he is building an Unclassified Cyber Intelligence Pilot that brings together private sector partners to use industry and government best practices to conduct multiple-source analysis of trends and activities across the cyber domain. Strozer focuses his career on strategic planning and operationalizing actions to address the three existential threats to national security: proliferation of WMD, conflict with a major peer competitor and cyber security. His experience includes strategic analytical support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, intelligence analysis for the Department of State and program management of counterproliferation assistance for countries throughout Eurasia. He earned his Master’s in Security Policy Studies and his Bachelors in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
