Senior Advisor to Chief Information Security Officer, Internal Revenue Service
Jeffrey J. Wiley serves as the Senior Advisor to the IRS Chief Information Security Officer. In this capacity, Wiley provides high-level technical analysis and expertise in designing, developing and delivering a comprehensive Cybersecurity program for the IRS in accordance with Federal statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements. He has more than 25 years of government, military and business experience developing and implementing policy to support technical information assurance operations, certification and accreditation, strategic and disaster planning, signals intelligence, imagery intelligence and information technology. Previously, he was a security engineering manager at Raytheon and a career military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.
