Jeffrey Carr

Jeffrey Carr, the founder and CEO of Taia Global—a cyber security consultancy with Fortune 100 clients—is the author of “Inside Cyber Warfare: Mapping the Cyber Underworld” (O’Reilly Media 2009 and 2011 (2nd edition)). Carr’s book has been endorsed by General Chilton (ret.), former Commander USSTRATCOM and Brigadier General Suzanne Vautrinot (USCYBERCOM). He is an adjunct professor at George Washington University where he’ll be teaching a course in Cyber Conflict starting in the Fall, 2013. He has had the privilege of speaking at the US Army War College, Air Force Institute of Technology, Chief of Naval Operations Strategic Study Group, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the CIA’s Open Source Center and at over 100 conferences and seminars.
