Jeff Rothblum is a Senior Professional Staff Member on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, working for Ranking Member Peters. On the Committee, his portfolio includes cybersecurity, supply chain security, election security and other emerging technology topics. Before joining the Committee, he worked for MITRE, where he led projects developing new technical analysis tools in support of national security clients. Rothblum has also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and Lockheed Martin in roles including cyberthreat analysis and aerospace systems engineering. Rothblum has a dual BS in aerospace engineering and political science from Iowa State University and an MA in international security studies from Georgetown University.
