Jeff Brannigan is a Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the criminal investigative arm of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in San Jose, CA. Brannigan manages a group of agents charged with conducting investigations of intellectual property, financial, arms export and cybercrimes. Brannigan previously served as an acting Section Chief and Program Manager at the HSI Cyber Crimes Center (C3). Prior to Brannigan’s selection as a supervisor in San Jose, he was detailed to the DHS National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary for Cybersecurity and Communications. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in management (banking and finance) from Boston University.
