Jay Hira is a Cyber Security Strategy and Transformation Director with over 15 years of international experience supporting financial services organisations to become more cyber resilient through the adoption of Zero Trust principles to build trust and attract more customers, enabling growth.

He is best known for building high-performance teams and creating an inclusive culture that empowers individuals and promotes equality, well-being and fairness. Jay is a member of ISC2, ISACA, AISA, AWSN chapters and actively works with Universities and Educators to support a smooth transition of students from various disciplines into cyber security.
