Jason Nurse

Dr. Jason Nurse is the Director of Science & Research at CybSafe and an Associate Professor in Cybersecurity at the University of Kent, UK. His research specializes in the human aspect of cybersecurity including human cyber risk, cyber psychology, security culture, and behavior change. At CybSafe, Jason leads a team of behavioral scientists and researchers responsible for ensuring that company innovations are grounded in scientific evidence, empower users to make smarter security decisions, and build better habits. Jason has spoken at venues worldwide and has contributed to (or featured in) mainstream media such as The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, BBC, Newsweek, and Wired. Jason completed his PhD and Postdoctoral research at the Universities of Oxford and Warwick in the UK.
