Jane K. Winn is Charles I. Stone Professor of Law, University of Washington Law School, Seattle, she specializes in comparative and commercial law, focusing on the impact of globalization and innovation on national legal systems. She teaches and lectures on legal issues of FinTech, RegTech, cybersecurity, information privacy, knowledge governance and electronic commerce in the United States, Europe, China, India and Australia. A graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London and Harvard Law School, she is a member of the American Law Institute and has twice received Fulbright grants for research in technology law issues in China and Taiwan. Winn is Co-Author of Law of Electronic Commerce, a leading treatise.
