Jane Lee is a prosecutor and Senior Counsel in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice. She is a member of the US delegation to the UN Ad Hoc Committee to negotiate an international cybercrime treaty and continues to contribute to US positions in the negotiations. Jane’s work includes investigating and prosecuting cybercrime cases, advising foreign governments on drafting their domestic cybercrime legislation and providing training to domestic and foreign practitioners on transnational criminal investigations. Prior to her work in the Criminal Division, Jane worked in the Department’s National Security Division, and before then, in private practice.
