In his current role, Jamey reports to the Head of Fraud Solution Services at Truist. Jamey oversees several critical functions within Fraud Services, to include process manager SMEs across all channels, products, segments of our critical detection and claims processes. He also manages, loss forecasting, business intelligence reporting, and complaint response functions. Jamey has 30+ years experience with fraud management and transaction processing at First Union, Fidelity Info Services, Bank of America, PNC and EWS. Prior to joining Truist in December 2021, Jamey established and led the fraud program for Zelle.
