James Sheire oversees and directs the development of policies and services for identity and access management in Federal government cybersecurity initiatives and enabling secure online service delivery to citizens, under the direction of the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Office of the Cybersecurity Coordinator. As Division Director at GSA, he oversees the substantive, technical and administrative work of the division, including the Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) program, Trust Framework Solutions (TFS), FICAM Test Program and Approved Products List, Federal PKI Policy Authority, ICAM Shared Services, and other identity services innovation and development.
