Cryptography Engineer, PQShield
James Howe is a Cryptography Engineer in the development team at PQShield, currently focusing on secure and practical post-quantum cryptographic architectures, with an emphasis on lattice-based cryptography. Previously, he was a Research Associate in the cryptography group at the University of Bristol and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) at Queen’s University Belfast, UK, where he also received his Ph.D. in hardware designs for lattice-based cryptography, which was co-funded by Thales UK and the EU Horizon 2020 project, SAFEcrypto.
