Jake Bernstein

Jake Bernstein is a partner at the firm's Seattle office and a member of the Technology Transactions and Sourcing, and Data Protection, Privacy, and Security practice groups. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and co-host of the Cyber Risk Management Podcast. Jake advises clients on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity risks, and handles technology transactions and intellectual property issues, especially those related to artificial intelligence and privacy. He has a background as Washington state consumer protection Assistant Attorney General, focusing on internet advertising, marketing, and cybersecurity. Jake has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and incident response counseling.
