Howard Shrobe

Cyril Voisin is responsible for the overall conduct of Microsoft’s technology and security strategy in the Gulf, and in order to fulfill his mission he works with Cyber Policy Makers and Advisors, Government Elites, Chief Information Officers, Law Enforcement Forces, as well as international Microsoft teams. Prior to his appointment as CTO, Voisin was Chief Security Advisor for Microsoft Gulf.
