Howard Foard

Howard Foard is a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, with 16 years of military, government, and commercial sector experience. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Master Exercise Practitioner. He has led the design and facilitation of over 100 exercises and training events worldwide, spanning the security risk landscape. He has provided senior programmatic management in the delivery of two exercise programs; encompassing the delivery of over 200 exercises. He has also designed and instructed exercise training courses for domestic and international audiences. He has also served as a doctrine and tactics expert developing low-intensity conflict analyses and Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) gap analyses. He is a former U.S. Army Fire Support and NBC Officer.
