Harry Coker, Jr. is the nation’s second National Cyber Director. He leads one of the newest offices in the White House and serves as a principal advisor to the President on cybersecurity policy and strategy. His office leads the implementation of the President’s National Cybersecurity Strategy and strives to create a more secure cyberspace and help ensure the United States is in the strongest possible position to realize the benefits and potential of our digital future. Director Coker has decades of experience in the intelligence community, most recently serving as the Executive Director of the National Security Agency. He is a retired CIA senior executive and career Naval Officer, and a graduate of the US Naval Academy, the Naval Postgraduate School, and Georgetown University Law Center.
