Gunter Ollmann

Gunter Ollmann has spent his career building and leading global SecOps, engineering, research and consulting teams, while revitalizing and constructing high-margin, profitable business units, and providing expert security council to Fortune 100 companies. Before Devo, he was CSO for Microsoft’s Cloud and AI Security Division. Ollmann holds multiple cyberthreat detection and mitigation patents and has overseen and guided the invention and patent process of hundreds of core technology patents. He also contributed to developing the first commercial training courses in Ethical Hacking (2000) and Web Application Hacking (2003) and defined many global penetration testing and security assessment methodologies incorporated into industry certification programs such as CISSP.
