Giorgi Gurgenidze

Giorgi Gurgenidze is President and Co-Founder of GSI Partners LLC and GISA (Georgian Information Security Association). He has 10+ years of experience within the Caucasus, CIS regions and the UK and served as a senior CERT specialist at the Georgian governmental CERT. He’s been working for Deloitte UK Cyber Intelligence Center (CIC) as a Manager and previously led Deloitte Georgia risk advisory practice as a Senior Manager. He delivered the first GDPR audit and the TIBER/CBEST projects in a Caucasus region. He holds a M.Sc. in Information Security from the Royal Holloway University of London and a ISC2 CISSP, TUV ISO27001 Lead Implementer & Lead Auditor certificate. He is better-known as a guy who hacked back and unmasked the Russian state-sponsored APT-attacker - GEORBOT cyber espionage.
