Gib Sorebo is a Security Associate Director for Accenture, providing cybersecurity consulting services to Fortune 500 companies with a focus on the critical infrastructure sector. He has been working in cybersecurity for 25 years. He currently co-leads Accenture’s North America renewables cybersecurity practice that is working with electric utilities to implement OT security solutions and works to develop innovative solutions for the future of energy. Sorebo co-authored Smart Grid Security: An End-to-End View of Security in the New Electrical Grid and was named one of the 40 Smart Grid Pioneers by Smart Grid Today. He has spoken at national cybersecurity conferences on issues such as data breach response, e-discovery, smart grid security, compliance, BYOD, and many others.
