PhD Student, Paderborn University
Gennadij Liske studied computer sciences from 2006 to 2011 at University of Paderborn, Germany, receiving a master’s degree with distinction. In 2009 and 2010, he was a student trainee by Wincor Nixdorf AG in hardware development of banking division with focus on the development of cryptographic solutions. Since 2011, Liske has been a Ph.D. student at Faculty for Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics at University of Paderborn in the Codes and Cryptography group. Research interests concentrate on pairing-based cryptography and especially on the realization of fine-grained access control mechanisms via novel provably secure encryption schemes. Security of cryptographic schemes in realistic scenarios are in the foreground of the research.
