Garylene Javier

Garylene (Gage) Javier is a Counsel in the Privacy & Cybersecurity Group at Crowell & Moring LLP, recognized as a Law360 Practice Group of the Year. She represents clients in technology-related litigation, incident response, and advises on privacy & cybersecurity regulatory compliance. Gage was appointed by Mayor Bowser to the DC Innovation & Technology Inclusion Council. She writes and speaks on emerging technologies, including AI, biometrics, the metaverse, and presented at the Oxford University & Cornell University AI Summit in London. Gage is a 2023 Law360 Award Recipient for Distinguished Legal Writing and past President of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association. Gage also has an LLM in Intellectual Property & Criminal Law (focus on cybercrimes), and an MBA from Cornell.
