Fred Stankowski

Fred Stankowski is currently the Director of Security Operations within Box's Global Security Office.
Fred is a seasoned Information Security professional, with 17 years’ experience in the field. Prior to Box, He worked at PepsiCo, where he was Director, Global Threat Management and Response and responsible for Incident Response, Threat Hunting/Detection, and Threat Intelligence.
Previously, Fred has worked for the Department of Defense, Defense Contractors, Financial, Retail and Pharmaceutical companies. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland, Global Campus, several industry certifications, including CISSP and several SANS GIAC certifications.
