Fred Kneip

Fred Kneip is the Head of Platform for Diligent Corporation. He is responsible for the integration of the Diligent product suite into a common platform experience and oversees the company's investments in AI, automation, and shared reporting. Prior to joining Diligent, Fred founded and was the CEO of CyberGRX, a third-party cyber risk management platform built on the concept of a one-to-many exchange. After the acquisition of CyberGRX by ProcessUnity, Fred served as the President of ProcessUnity. Prior to founding CyberGRX, Fred was the Head of Compliance and Chief Security Officer for Bridgewater Associates. Fred received an Engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia University. Fred lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three boys.
