Frank Pagliarello, CPA, is a senior financial services executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across all three lines of defence, spanning fraud management, operational risk, audit, finance, compliance, and governance. As Managing Director, First Party Fraud at BMO Financial Group, he is building a dedicated first party fraud organization, developing the strategy, talent, and capabilities needed to address one of the industry's fastest-growing risk areas. Throughout his career, Frank has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including the remediation of a major fraud attack, while delivering measurable results that reduced deposit fraud losses by more than 50% and account takeover losses by over 75%.
