Faisal Yamin

Faisal Yamin is CISO at Penn Medicine, where he leads enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, security operations, architecture, engineering, IAM, cloud security, data protection, and cyber resilience across one of the nation’s leading academic health systems. With more than three decades of experience, Faisal has built and transformed security programs spanning healthcare, higher education, and complex enterprise environments. Previously, he served in senior cyber leadership roles, including Associate VP of Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering. He is passionate about aligning security with business objectives, developing high-performing teams, and advancing the secure adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.
