Evan Sills is a Director with Good Harbor Security Risk Management, where he advises corporate executives and boards on cyber-risk management, prepares clients for responding to cyber-incidents, recommends best-in-class cybersecurity technologies, and reviews cyber-related legislative and regulatory activities. Sills is a Global Governance Futures 2027 Data Governance Fellow, where he discusses a range of digital issues with fellows from Germany, India, Japan and China, and a 2014 Madison Policy Forum Military-Business Cybersecurity Fellow. He is the Editor and Rapporteur of A Playbook for Cyber Events, a project of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Law and National Security. While at GW Law School, he worked at the National Security Division in the Dept. of Justice.
