Erick Pound is a 20-year veteran of the Fire Department, City of New York (FDNY), having served in some of the busiest fire companies in the world. Erick also served four combat tours as a crew-member on combat search and rescue (CSAR) helicopters with the Air National Guard. This experience has provided him with a deep understanding of risk management, leadership, and team culture in high-risk situations. Additionally, Erick is a computer vision engineer specializing in humanitarian assistance/disaster response (HADR) and geospatial data.
