Erica Bomsey

Erica R. Bomsey is Senior Vice President/Deputy General Counsel, Cybersecurity & Privacy at Leidos. In this role, she leads the cybersecurity, security, technology, and data privacy functions in the Leidos Corporate Law Dept. Erica joined Leidos in September 2023 after serving as Assistant General Counsel/Corporate Director, Information Security at Northrop Grumman from 2020-2023. Before joining Northrop Grumman, she held various roles in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from 2011-2020, most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Counterterrorism & Intelligence. Erica received her Juris Doctor (International Law) and Master’s Degree (International Affairs) from American University. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
