Erica Borghard

Erica Borghard is a Senior Fellow with the New American Engagement Initiative at the Atlantic Council. She also serves as Senior Director on the US Cyberspace Solarium Commission. Previously, Borghard was an Assistant Professor in the Army Cyber Institute at West Point. Prior to that, Borghard was a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow, with placement at JPMorgan Chase and US Cyber Command. She also served as Assistant Professor and Executive Director of the Grand Strategy Program in the Social Sciences Department at West Point. Borghard holds a Ph.D. in political science from Columbia University, is a Council on Foreign Relations term member, and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies at Columbia University.
