Dr. Emma M. Stewart is a respected power systems specialist with expertise in power distribution, renewable energy, modeling, and simulation, as well as operational cybersecurity. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MEng degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Emma also served as the Chief Scientist at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), where she led NRECA Research and the Co-Op Cyber Program. Emma's employment history also includes positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Throughout her career, Emma has made significant contributions to the field of power systems, receiving patents for data innovations in power.
