Emma Smith is responsible for Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, IT Architecture and Technology Strategy at Vodafone. She is also responsible for executive ownership for the Board-level Vodafone Technology Committee. Emma has been Global Chief Information Security Officer at Vodafone since 2015, leading an internal security team of over 900 people globally. She has previously held a CSO role in banking. Emma is passionate about security, and active in her pursuit for inclusion for all. Emma is also a Member of the UK Cabinet Office National Cyber Advisory Board, an Independent Advisor for a UK retail company, a Member of the Dell Security Advisory Board and chairs the European Round Table for Industry CISO forum.
