Elliot Oxman is an attorney in the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for International and National Security Programs at the U.S. Department of Energy. Mr. Oxman's areas of responsibility include: cyber security, supply chain risk management, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence law, nuclear technology exports, nuclear weapons programs, CFIUS and classified litigation. He previously served as a Navy JAG officer with assignments including general legal services, criminal defense counsel, federal appellate law clerk and national security appellate government counsel. He holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
